SAF: Touchline Ban?

Sun: ALEX FERGUSON is set to be banned from the touchline for Manchester United’s key Premier League clash at Liverpool next month.

Fergie was sent to the stands at half-time in United’s 1-0 defeat to Bolton on Saturday following his outburst at referee Mark Clattenburg.

And the Red Devils boss has been charged with using abusive and insulting words towards the official.

If he is found guilty, the first game of a possible three-match touchline ban will come against United’s Kop rivals on December 16.
